At TCH Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
